The Founding Circle

The Founding Circle is a small, curated cohort of experienced independent marketers actively repositioning from execution to operator-level work.

This is not a networking group.
It is not a training programme.
It is not a tactical workshop series.

It is a focused, three-month working cohort designed to test and refine what operator-level independent marketing looks like in practice.

Over the course of the programme, members will

• Participate in monthly roundtable discussions centred on commercial ownership and integration
• Examine real client scenarios and repositioning challenges
• Contribute to defining the operator standard for independent marketers
• Share patterns, tensions and practical shifts from their own work

Participation is limited and curated through conversation.
Members are expected to engage thoughtfully and contribute actively.

The Founding Circle exists to shape the future direction of The Independent Marketer Forum — and to support those ready to move beyond execution and operate at a commercial level.
